Released on 8th February 1980, “Running Free” is the debut single by English heavy metal band Iron Maiden.  The song appears as the third track on the band’s debut self-titled album.  Originally released as a 7” 45 rpm vinyl record, “Running Free” peaked at number 34 on the UK Singles Chart.  The single's cover art is famously known as the first official appearance of Iron Maiden's mascot, Eddie, although his face is obscured as the band did not want him unveiled until the album's release.  This iconic artwork is now available as a 500 piece jigsaw puzzle printed on high quality board.
